Our classic pans have different edge heights:
\n3 cm (shallow frying pans), 5 cm (frying pans) or 7 cm (braising pans).
\nThe most classic pan among them is the frying pan with an internal height of 5 cm and should not be missing in any kitchen. The braising pan, on the other hand, with 7 cm internal height, offers special splatter protection and space for meals that have to be stirred directly in the pan. They are also suitable for braising and preparing sauces. The shallow frying pan with a 3 cm internal height is ideal for short frying of fried eggs, burger patties and co.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
